X was formed in 1922 to be perfect on the 18th of October 1922 when 6 companies came together and wound up on the 1st of January 1927 and was replaced by a public organisation under a Royal Charter under His Majesty's Government. Under the prospect of potraying its values it adopterd the following coat of arms. It does not have a CEO instead it has a President, name the organistion and the knight.
