What was formed in 1933 and reorganized as Y due to the merger of two companies in Mumbai. They first started selling a common vegetable oil in India to move on to become the largest player in its market till recently, when other Indian companies started eating into its market share. In June 2007 there was a minute change made to the company's name by its parent company....
